one slice or two??so i was in the grocery the other day and i was passing in the aisle with mayonaise and to my stomach's horror i read the back on the hellmanns mayonaise jar only to see a recipe for Super-Moist Chocolate Mayo Cake. that is disgusting. anyways for those interesting persons here is the recipe. 1 box (18 oz.) chocolate cake mix 1 cup Hellmann's ® or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise 1 cup water 3 eggs 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional) 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and lightly flour two 9-inch round cake pans*; set aside. 2. In large bowl, with electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, Hellmann's ® or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise, water, eggs and cinnamon 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping sides occasionally, 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans. 3. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. On wire rack, cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely. Sprinkle, if desired, with confectioners sugar or fill and frost. *Or, prepare cake mix as above in 13 x 9-inch baking pan and bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. for those interested persons there are other variations like Pecan Coconut etc. if you interested in more mayo recipes visit their website. *** ok i think i been procrastinating enough, i need to study some cost and managerial accounts. any persons who can tutor me feel free to contact me. toodles good luck to those studying for exams. • • • • • Monday, April 18, 2005
i love this new msn. those winks are very funny. my favourite is the lady with the laugh. it is so unassuming, first she starts out pretty dainty then she knocks back her head and lets out this brawling laugh, my goodness. i just click on it and sit there dying with laughter.i know i have no life, but hey its more constructive than going out dere and doing drugs or something. i need to study some more :S what am i doing??? this procrastination will get me nowhere fast!!! : aye caramba. off to look at cost • • • • • seems as tho i've lost my urge to blog. ah well.havent been up to much. studying and sleeping, and eating and studying. being alone, except for jam. i cant wait til exams over. u believe i didnt see ethan and jaydon for 10 days!!!!! : i dont understand how i survived. today i was sleeping and i woke up cause someone was on my bed, and it was ethan, :D boy i was happy, sleepy...but happy, and then celina brought jaydon for me. well that made my sunday. went to rally this morning, working for texaco havoline, doing a safety promotion. it was fun. rally wasnt too bad. de girls were cool. the driver and navigator were good company as well. cant wait for the rally in june. *** ok i think i ready for bed now. hope all is well toodles • • • • • |
