Neysa the cookSo now Lini gone, I have new responsibilities at home. Not like she used to cook, but still, she used to make these lil concoctions that were yummy. Sunday I went by Ethan & Jaydon and ate lamb for the first time. It was nice, but give me a piece of angus steak well done anyday. So yesterday now, Mummy calls and tells me to "put the lamb in the oven". So I go to look for this already prepared lamb to put in th e oven, only to realise, the lamb still in the pricemart wrapper with pricetag and shit. So Neysa has to season and ting?!?!? *GASP*. But I did and it was great. Carried some for Marella and them to taste, and it passed the test. Wooo Hoooo. I missed Celina cause she loves lamb. I'll have to make some for her when she gets home. *** In more good news, Celina passed her driver's test in Miami today, so I have my own driver whenever I go to visit her. Yaaaaaaaay!!! *** One more day, Ethan & Jaydon leaving for St.Lucia tomorrow. Lord give me strength :'( bye • • • • • Sunday, August 21, 2005
Celina arrived safe and sound. Of course there is never a dull moment with her. When she arrived she had to wait for 2 hours in immigration, her and 3000 other passengers since the computers in immigration crashed. Not even the pilots and flight attendants were cleared. ahahahahaha. But she is out and enjoying herself. She loves the apartment and I am enjoying my extra bedroom.*** I'm all registered for my courses. I'm excited about them too. But not about the fees I have to pay $620, chaaaa dread. Although that is not even half on the cost of ONE credit for Celina's courses, so I guess I am lucky. *** I can't help myself. Now everytime I hear this ad on tv I kill myself with laughter....
